About the festival

Festival Interceltique de Lorient is an annual multi-genre festival in Lorient, Brittany, celebrating groups and communities of Celtic origin.

Heading into its landmark 50th anniversary in 2021, the festival is 10 days and nights of music, visual arts, sports, parading, and celebrating Celtic culture.

Every year 800,000 people come to the Festival Interceltique de Lorient to witness 4,500 musicians, dancers, artists, academics, and filmmakers ply their trade.
