About the festival
O Sol da Caparica is a music festival held annually in Caparica, Portugal that celebrates the best music from Portuguese speaking countries around the world.
Held in a coastal park, the festival's programme includes not only musicians from Portugal, Brazil, Angola and beyond, but also comedy, dance, surf and lots of other entertainment across the four days.
Expect alternative rock, African rhythms, samba, hip-hop, funk and dance music, as well as a day reserved especially for little ones.
