About the festival

The Shapeshifters head Brixton's Prince of Wales for their first summer party after the restrictions hopefully lift on June 21, for DJ sets both Up On The Roof and In The Club.

From a global anthem with his debut 2003 release, Lola's Theme, through to his 2020 showstopper Finally Ready (feat. Billy Porter) featuring the incomparable Billy Porter and now the soaring 'You Ain't Love with Teni Tinks in 2021 The Shapeshifters have long been in the vanguard of the house scene.

You Ain't Love (feat Teni Tinks) is the 6th record released on the label Glitterbox Recordings. With long term partner Max Reich having moved on in 2017, Simon Marlin has taken the Shapeshifters helm solo, but in the studio, it has been a team effort.

The creative process starts with Simon and his right-hand man Colin Smith, before top line co-writers come on board. Ultimately Simon directs a collective of musicians, who create a symphonic backing for handpicked vocalists to take us to dancefloor paradise.

With a brand new eagerly anticipated studio album due in Autumn 2021 on Glitterbox, The Shapeshifters have once again transcended the vagaries of the dance music world, always holding true to his musical beliefs and passions, remaining both relevant and in-demand.
